John Lim

Head of Property

John leads strategic sourcing, market analysis, and due diligence for both residential and commercial opportunities. With over a decade of experience in the Australian property industry, John combines a strong analytical background with hands-on expertise in project marketing, acquisitions, and investment strategy.

Before joining Ace Property Team, John held senior roles at leading agencies including McGrath Estate Agents, The Agency, and HT Wills Real Estate. His career spans new development sales, off-the-plan marketing, and large-scale acquisitions, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both the supply and demand sides of the market.
John’s academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Medical & Applied Science (Biotechnology) and a Graduate Certificate in Property Development, complementing his Class 1 Real Estate Licence in NSW. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, he is adept at working with diverse clients, from developers and investors to first-time buyers.

Known for his rigorous research, negotiation skills, and data-driven insights, John continues to play a pivotal role in shaping Ace Property Team’s acquisition pipeline and growth strategy, positioning the firm as a trusted leader in property investment and development.

Siobhan Egan
