“If you are reading this review, its probably because you're looking for a team who can find you a property, organise finance, organise an inspector, organise a property manager who eventually gets you a tenant into your property without too much fuss. Don't get me wrong, you do have to do some work but its only work if you aren't organised because at the end of the day you end up with a property that exceeds your expectations. That is exactly what Kelson did for us! They have a straight forward process right from the get go and mind you, we still haven't shaken his hand because we did it all online from where we were to their office in Bella Vista, the meetings that you will have with Kelson or someone from their team are so informative and so transparent, I couldn't believe that we didn't do it sooner. We came to Ace Property to help us source an SMSF (Self Managed Superannuation Fund) property. There aren't too many specialists in this area but these guys knew exactly what had to be done. We had regular structured meetings and Kelson was pretty much available 24x7. As for Hendri, he was able to present to us several properties that met our budget and met our requirements. Not to mention, there is a lot of admin work behind the scenes, so we say thanks to Abigail as well. I'm sure you probably copped all the updates, changes and emails that came out of this process so thank you! They organised the financing, conveyancers and the property managers for our investment. We landed on a property in the heart of Melbourne and access to everything except a maid/butler (next door was was The Ritz so its close enough). With that kind of result, we had a tennant into our property within the next business day of settlement. These guys are so on the ball its not funny.”... Read More
